How do I know I'll get credit?

We ask every potentially interested new prospect where they heard about us, so once they solicit services from us, give us your name and tell us you inspired them to reach out, we'll send you your reward!

What if my referral forgets to mention me?

That's exactly why we built this page! You can simply enter in the contact info for people you've talked to, are interested in IT Services, or beefing up their Cybersecurity status and would like to receive more information from us. We will reach out to them directly.

We trust this will not be abused.

Sounds great! How do the rewards work?

The referral rewards structure is very straightforward and easy to understand:

You Refer a Business; They Become a Client: You Get $1,000

* Rewards are paid to you once Referral has paid for 5 cumulative hours of consulting/services labor.

* Previously referred clients do not count towards eligibility.
* Non-commercial clients do not count towards eligibility.

What if my referral becomes a monthly managed client of yours?

Great question! Not only do you get the initial reward, but we'll send you 10% of those referrals monthly bill for an entire year! Experience the gift that keeps on giving!

Can you give me an example?

Let's say you refer 2 clients to us. Clients A and B have purchased ad-hoc break/fix services from us over a couple of months totaling 5 hours each but have not opted for ongoing monthly services. You would receive $2,000 for clients A and B ($1000 for A, your 1st referral; and $1000 for B, your 2nd referral).

Now let's say Client B decides to opt for monthly services. Because you brought Client B to us, you would receive an ongoing reward of 10% of Client B's monthly management services for a period of 12 months. If their bill is $2,000/month, you would get $200/month for those 12 months. If it's $5,000, you would get $500/month for those 12 months. It's as simple as that!

Is there an expiration to this ongoing commission offer?

Nope. If it takes one of your referrals 3 years to finally jump on the management wagon, we will let you know and make sure you get your commission--you earned it! Even if we are no longer offering this referral program, you will be grandfathered in with the referral you brought us and when they opt for ongoing management, your 12 months of commission will begin.

How can I track my referral stages?

The quick answer is that you will not need to, but if you like we will set you up with a shared online spreadsheet with the list of your specific referral interests that have reached out or that we have reached out to ourselves (based on the above referral submission form). From this list, you will be able to easily ascertain what stage of the pipeline they are in and if they are any closer to becoming a paying client of ours.

Is there a cap on referrals and rewards?

Never! We want to enable you to reach out to as many people as you deem fit and reward you accordingly. If your network is big enough, you may even be able to supplement your own management bill, simply by telling your business connections about us and spreading the word!

Is this offer only for the business owner or upper management?

Nope again. We know that many employees of organizations have friends, family and colleagues that have a network or relationships with small business owners and we want to make this opportunity available to everyone who might be interested.

How are the rewards and commission paid out?

Rewards and Commission payments will be paid out for all eligible referrals on the 15th of each calendar month, whether they are a one-time reward or an ongoing monthly commission for a year. Rewards and commissions will be paid out via electronic bank deposit or e-check.
